About Us
After starting his career during the height of the foreclosure crisis, our CEO + Founder Kase Ellers had to become self-motivated in the real estate business in order to survive. There were no such things as real estate teams or coaching programs that were provided by real estate offices (that weren’t cheesy). While he was lucky to create relationships with the top of the 1% of agents in his market, he learned mostly through trial and error.
At only 18 and newer to Central Florida, he did not have a sphere of influence to pull from. It was not until a close friend whose mother had been in the business for over 20+ years spoke to him about cold calling, that he discovered and mastered working the FSBO (For Sale by Owner) market.
Years later, Kase was recognized as one of the top 100 agents out of a board of over 8,000+ at the time. He credits his success to the relationships he worked hard to develop over the years with his clients, crafting multiple pillars of business into his business strategy, and then through the expansion into a 4-person team. He went on to become part of the Forbes Real Estate Council (an invitation-only organization for senior-level executives in the real estate industry) and make appearances on various real estate shows on networks such as HGTV and A&E.
Even with the success he saw, Kase knew he wanted to give back at a higher level to help support aspiring entrepreneurs. He decided then to expand his real estate practice into Atlanta, Georgia, where he went on to become Head Productivity Coach to the Southeast’s highest producing coaching program. Under his guidance and the collaboration of his assistant coaches, the program produced $56 million dollars and over $1.5 million+ in agent commission.
Since then, Kase has started Ellers Elite Coaching with the mission of helping real estate agents build life-long sustainable real estate businesses and couldn’t feel happier than having the privilege of watching the impact he’s made on the lives of the entrepreneurs he’s helped along the way.
